On April 16, 2012, ILD Corp.’s contact center will become Stratus Contact Solutions and Stratus Social will be the official source for information, insight, and updates about our American contact center and call center industry information.
Stratus is made up of hundreds of passionate, diligent and experienced contact center enthusiasts who service large established enterprises and small eCommerce start-ups with their outsourced social media, inbound and outbound call center, email and chat support needs – all from the USA.
The contact center industry is in need of a lot of changes, and that’s where Stratus comes in. We’ve combined ILD’s US-based call center with digital contact tools, plus social media engagement – the missing link in marketing measurement!
Our digital and physical contact center enables us analyze sales conversion behavior, track customer service sentiment, and help people where they want to be helped (phone, chat, email, Twitter, etc.). For example, Stratus can track how many people act on an offer they saw online versus (in print or on tv) calling a toll-free number? So, it’s true conversion behavior analysis.
So, we thought now was the right time to open the door and start a conversation with the online community about what’s happening with one of the nation’s oldest and most experienced contact centers.
We intend to use this blog to:
- Provide authentic messages about Stratus and the efforts of our team.
- Highlight trends in contact centers, both current and future.
- Allow contact center clients to describe, in their own words, why Stratus Contact Solutions is so important to their business.
- Recruit contact center and call center experts. If you have access to the Web and are passionate about things you do and see everyday, contact us and contribute to Stratus Social.
